I come from a long line of educator’s in my family and have always known that I wanted to be a teacher. I am a Colorado native and grew up in Aurora. I graduated from Colorado State University and received my teaching license through Metropolitan State College of Denver. I received my Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Phoenix in 2002. This is my 19th year teaching in Douglas County (WOW!). I started my teaching career at Pioneer Elementary School and then had the privilege of being part of the opening of Frontier Valley Elementary in 2002. have taught kindergarten, 2nd, and 3rd grade. I am very excited to continue to teach 2nd grade and look forward to an awesome year filled with lots of learning!!
