Danny Burleigh

One who is a master of patience is master of everything else. -George Savile

My name is Danny Burleigh and I am privileged to be at Frontier Valley Elementary School for this school year! This will be my third year teaching fifth graders at Frontier Valley. I grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado and relocated to Grantham, Pennsylvania to earn my Bachelors in Music from Messiah College. Upon graduation, I went on to complete four years as a Logistics Officer in the Marine Corps. It was during this time that I realized my passion for teaching and fostering curiosity in young learners. I completed my student teaching at Pine Lane Elementary and was able to earn my Masters in Education from Adams State University last year. My wife Courtney and I recently moved to Parker and enjoy biking, hiking, snowboarding, and finding new and unusual restaurants. I am eager to begin the school year, and I look forward to working alongside you and your students.
