Christin Pursley

I am so excited to continue at Frontier Valley serving the FVE community as your assistant principal! I am so fortunate to be able to work in such an amazing school community with such incredible students and staff!

Before coming to Frontier Valley, I completed my tenth year as an intermediate teacher at Trailblazer Elementary in Highlands Ranch. I began my teaching career in Southern California, opening a stand-alone, fifth grade campus. I was happy to teach there for three years before starting my Colorado adventure in 2004.

I completed my Master’s in Educational Leadership in December of 2014. Prior to that, I earned my Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from National University in San Diego. I completed my undergraduate work in psychology at California State University, Stanislaus. I believe in lifelong learning and am excited to see what is next in my pursuit for knowledge.

My son, Isaiah, and I relocated to Parker from California. We have enjoyed everything that Colorado has to offer! In my spare time, you will find me traveling to new places, hiking to new heights, seeing a musical or listening to live local bands whenever I can!
