Volunteers, if you do any volunteer work for the school, classrooms, specials, FVEA, SAC, etc, please submit your hours to Lisa Chipman. We appreciate all the time you give to FVE.
All parent volunteers must complete a “Parent Volunteer Agreement” every school year. Douglas County School District requires this to be completed with either a driver’s license, state-issued ID, or a Military ID before volunteering in schools and with students. Please click here for a Parent Volunteer Agreement. Turn in completed form to the school office or email it to Lisa Chipman.
A non-parent is a community volunteer. Community Volunteers must complete a “Community Volunteer Application” each school year with a copy of their Colorado driver’s license. If out of state license, then social security number must be provided. Applications are background checked by Douglas County District Security. Please click here for Application and turn in to the front office or email it to Lisa Chipman.
